Dredge the chicken first in flour then dip into milk and then dredge again in the flour.
Olive garden pasta recipe chicken scampi. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in large skillet. In a large skillet over medium heat add 1 tablespoon each of butter and olive oil. Cut chicken breasts into thirds like tenders. Place flour salt and pepper into a shallow dish and mix well with a fork.

Add the peppers and onions saute till chicken is done. Place flour in a shallow dish and season with 1 tsp seasoned salt. While the chicken is resting chop onions and the red and green bell peppers.
Saute until everything is warmed. Add roasted garlic cloves. I use a cast iron. Boil pasta until al dente.
Place chicken in skillet and cook over. Place breaded chicken on a rack and allow to rest 10 minutes before cooking. Flatten tenders coat w wondra flour brown in a large skillet in a little olive till nearly done. Add the red and green peppers and onions and cook until the onions are clear and the peppers are softened and starting to brown.
Place milk in a shallow dish. Creamy and delicious you ll want to enjoy this with a glass of your favorite wine.
